I’m looking for a student to take over my lease starting the 1st of January till around the end of April with the possibility of renewal.

It’s located at Blake Bvd, in Vanier. It’s a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the grocery store FreshCo and close to line for a short bus ride downtown.

The room includes a desk with a chair and bed frame with mattress. You also have your own private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is shared with 3 other people and includes a full size fridge, microwave, oven and stovetop.

Rent is $/month with all utilities included (electricity, water, gas, and wifi). Laundry is located in the building.
