Moving to Chicago

Hi there!

I'm and recently finished studying in Glasgow, Scotland. I've decided to start my career in Chicago as I have a lot of family there. I'm looking to move as soon as possible and would like to find a friendly, comfortable environment in which to get myself established in the city.
I'm a clean and tidy housemate who loves to cook. Absolutely pet-friendly as we had a dog, cats, and various other small critters when I was growing up.
My field is Computer Science and, while looking for jobs in the city, I'm doing various freelance work online. Otherwise, my biggest loves are fitness (cycling, running, racquet sports, skiing -- you name it!) and music (piano, flute, and bass guitar).
