The house is a Victorian home in Alameda. With an upstairs and a downstairs until, I own the house and live upstairs. The downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, one bath, with a finished living room and a kitchen. There is currently a gentleman living in one of the bedrooms. I am renting two rooms to either a couple, friends or an individual. Please note that that two rooms are attached to each other. Please message for questions.
