(Sorry) This is not a party house. This is a quiet home. The people who live here prefer it that way. The room is ft, not including the private bathroom. The room has two closets and morning sun! There is laundry in the house and a small patio. There's also a pool for the complex. (This is an HOA so there's a bunch of rules for at the pool.) The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher (it doesn't work well) and electric stove. We also have central heating and a furnished living room.
