4 bedrooms open, looking for roommates to fill the other rooms. Home is located in a quaint neighborhood. Close to UCF campus, Waterford Lakes Town center, and pretty much fifteen minutes from everything necessary in Orlando.
The cost of rent includes everything - utilities, furniture, and all the amenities within the home. I'm hoping to find some cool FEMALE roommates to share this massive space with. Professionals to students welcome.
The rest of the rooms will be furnished before you come in, but of course you're welcome to move in with whatever you'd like.
I do have 4 cats that are used to free roaming the house, but I am happy to work with you on what they have access to. Pets are welcome, but they must get along with cats, and be potty trained.
