Home share = roommate wanted!

Two downstairs bedrooms + shared bathroom are available for rent in a three bed 2 bath house located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is walking distance from the Met Market. House has a spacious front deck with PIN code entry, large grassy backyard and a big storage shed. Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove/oven, a full and half size fridge, dining nook, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. There is ample food storage areas. Living room has a large L couch and table. Coinless washer and dryer downstairs near back PIN code door. Currently deep cleaning from previous messy housemate, pics are soon to come!— Room 1 is roughly I2Osqft with built in storage shelves/drawers and walk in closet. One window facing west. Sleek wood floors.— Room 2 is roughly 2OOsqft with large two door sliding closet. Two identical windows facing east and west. Treated concrete floor. Me: early 3O’s professional female chef from LA County. I play video games and like karaoke, going to live shows (punk/metal festivals, raves, concerts, comedy) and travel. I don’t drink but I still enjoy the party. I’m pretty keep to myself but I have the ability to talk about nothing and anything for days when allowed. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly drug-free home. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets, last housemates had a huge golden retriever that was out of control and landlord is not comfortable with potential damage. Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord is kind of a stickler and requests equivalent first/last/deposit upon move in but you just won’t pay your last month and deposit will be returned at the end of lease term.
