room in front of 3 bedroom house available for rent. bathroom would be shared with one other person. Kitchen, living room spaces, and laundry room are all common spaces. 2 other women live and rent the other rooms looking to fill this spot come the 1st of January. Wifi and utilities are the only additional charges that isn’t included in the base rent. The room will come furnished with a bed and bed frame only anything else will have to be bought individually
