The location is ideal! Close to freeways, shopping centers, and tourist hot spots.

Bus stops are within walking distance. Included in the rent are utilities (electricity, water and sewage, gas), mini-split
air and heat, wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, and a common area with a TV and a sofa.

The location is great as it's close to LAX. Ideal for individuals who work near the airport/at the airport. It is also great for people who attend Loyola Marymount University or OTIS college of arts.

The common areas include a remodeled kitchen with countertop appliances, a dinner table and chairs, a washer and dryer space, and a living room with a sofa and TV.

There is no parking in the garage ́s house, but street parking is plentiful right in front of the home.
