Looking for room to rent

Full-time working professional here seeking to rent out a spare-bedroom in the East Columbus (German Village/OTE area). Would like to be moved in before the end of this month; before December 1st.
I am gay so LGBTQ+friendly is a must, I'm pet friendly under certain conditions, work full-time Free on the weekends, and usually keep quiet into myself. I have the weekends off but I'm usually a stay at home type of guy. I have a good background and rental history. Points if you know how to clean as you go and where it applies. Not too overly compulsive, but enough to stay organized. My personal traits are trustworthy, courteous, kind, compassionate, and chill.
