Subleasing a bath

I’m looking for someone to sublease my bath condo in South Atx. Rent is only $ without utilities which hasn’t been over $ since I lived here. You will be living with three other girlies! All super sweet, clean, and respectful! Able to transfer a subleaser in November and the lease is good until July . Just need to apply, put a deposit and pay first month rent. Please be advise only girls preferably since only females are accoddating the space. Also the apt itself comes with washer & dryer. Patio, pool, and gated of course.
