Hi! I am subleasing my bedroom in a 4bhk apartment from December to Feb . It is in one of the most luxurious apartment buildings ✨in Philadelphia, Evo ( Chestnut Street). The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk from the main train station, subway, and has a bus stop below the building.

The building has a fitness center, a common lounge with study/work spaces, pool tables, and other games and an outdoor swimming pool deck🏊‍♀️ with phenomenal views of the city skyline 🌆. Throughout the building there are study lounges on different floors, which has got printers and other supplies. The building also has direct access to the famous park- sunset social at Cira green, and also hosts different events and activities.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other university students, one is an undergrad, and the other two are doing their masters. Very chill and lowkey people who keep to themselves, and keep the house clean.
