Potentially looking for a room.

Description

year old guy with good renting history. As of right now I don't need to move but I'm open to a new opportunity. Would like a bi-annual lease agreement or to be on the official lease if it's an apartment.

As for myself, I'm a bit introverted and I keep to myself, I'm conscious about shared spaces and I'll keep them clean. I'll wash up any dishes that I use and I'll take out the trash, clean the bathroom, living room, etc.

I'd probably spend the majority of my time in my room, although every once in a while I'd be up for hanging out, chit chatting, etc. As of right now I have work night shift, Sunday-thursday, am, so I wouldn't be home at night during the week, and I'd sleep during the day from about pm. I've worked at the same company for a year and 8 months so job security is good.
