We are looking to rent a room out in our home.
You would have your own room and a shared bathroom with one other single person.
The room can come furnished, or be completely emptied out- completely up to you!
You would have access to your room and bathroom, the kitchen, living room, full pantry with washer and dryer, and the backyard.
We are looking for a single occupant, who is attending school or working and likes to keep to themselves.
We travel for work, so we come and go months at a time.
We are located near UOP and about a 5 minute drive to Delta College.
Rent is $ and includes your room, bathroom, utilities, and WIFI.
There is no key to the front door, it is all digital access with a code.
We have a front door camera and security cameras around the property to ensure safety.
We will NOT be accepting any pets at this time.
The backyard is very large, has patio furniture, a fire pit, and a black stone available for your use.
There is street parking directly in front of the house, with video recording- at all times.
If you needed extra storage, there is extra shelving in the pantry or we have an additional shed that is not in our use.
I did my best to go into extreme detail so most questions would be answered and can ensure you would be a good fit.
