Hello, my name is Joe, and my partner is Anthony. We are a gay couple looking to fill our extra bedroom. Some info on us: I'm a sophomore at U of O studying business finance, Anthony has already graduated and works full-time as an accountant. We are looking for someone who likes to keep tidy as we value cleanliness. Both of us love outdoor activities biking, hiking, rollerblading, and rock climbing. Or staying home to enjoy a good book or painting, and we love a Friday night show binge with takeout. Every once in a while we will invite a guest over, but it is pretty infrequent, of course, that's completely fine if you do just as long as we know how many people. If you like to socialize both of us are very open and willing to hang out and do activities, however, if that's not your thing that's completely fine as well. Now some info on the place: The location is excellent if you like biking because we are right next to a bike trail, in addition, we're within walking distance to Fred Meyer along with many restaurants and convenience stores. For the past two years we've lived here there have been no issues with noise from the neighborhood, and the community is very safe. The building itself has two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The room is furnished but if you prefer to bring your furniture that is completely fine. Both bedrooms are equipped with an AC unit along with the living room. Both bedrooms have wall heaters. The bedroom has decent closet space. We are weed-friendly as long as you smoke outside. We have most streaming services, and Xfinity for the wifi. Unfortunately, our building does not allow pets. You will need to pass a background check, however that's a very simple process. Finally, the lease is month-to-month, although we would prefer someone who is planning on staying in one place for a while if this feels like a good fit for you.
