We are currently looking for mature short/longterm (at least 6 month) tenants for our newly renovated unfurnished basement in our split level home. There are 2 rooms available, private with a closet and a shared bathroom (shared only with the tenant of the other room), as well as a small kitchen with a regular sized fridge and a two-burner stovetop. We live upstairs and are looking for single persons only who are quiet, responsible and value their privacy. The house is in a residential neighborhood and street parking is available. We are seeking year contracts for $ hundred and $ hundred fifty per month and $ fifty for utilities. The move-in fee is first and last month rent plus a $ security deposit. A clean criminal record is required. Small pets are allowed but no smokers please.
