One private bedroom fully furnished is available in a four bedroom, plus den/gym townhouse in shared living with our family of three. Me and Son . We offer access to most of the house which includes: your own private room with closets, an HD flat screen TV, 4k Telus Pure Fiber Cable TV + mbps high speed internet, personal fridge, electricity, heat, good ventilation with two windows and lots of storage.
The rest of the house has 3 more bedrooms, 2 washrooms (1 is mostly yours), living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 small hallways, 1 full exercise gym, 1 Mancave/Theater room, stairs, vaulted ceiling, 4 attics, parking in front and Very close and central to public transit, shopping, medical centers, strip malls, post office, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants incl fast foods. We offer the option of full meals (2 per day) from an incredible cook/chef. We're a peaceful, fun, and respectful family that doesn't smoke, vape, or take recreational drugs. We expect the same from you. We also have 2 small Pomerinian dogs plus two Cockatiel small birds. We've trained our pets to be quiet especially when needed. They're very good with people. So, you'd have your privacy as well as shared living space as you would have access to most of the house. We are looking for a mature (age doesn't matter) responsible, personable, easy to communicate type of person that is working and/or a student. Monthly rent cost will include every amenity already mentioned and some more. Meals and final rental cost will be discussed at time of interview.

We have an excellent track record with our past tenants and they were very happy to say the least. Visitors allowed with some notice.
