The complex is located across from Fresno State, just a minute walk to get to campus. The condo has updated granite in the kitchen and bathroom, with a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Tenants have access to the pool and hot tub and plenty of parking.

This property is conveniently located near Fresno State, the Save Mart Center, and HWY .

The room will be available after , and the move-in date will be after the first. Rent will be prorated accordingly: $ months lease or $ on a month-to-month basis with a refundable deposit that is required and is due on the day the lease is signed, along with the prorated rent amount. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

- Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent
Household duties are also rotated, and it is expected that everyone keeps their living space and common areas clean. Must be Clean, Responsible, and pay on time. If this isn't you then this isn't a Room for you.
- No pets as one of the tenants has allergies
