Looking for a Female Roommate!

説明

-Rent: $700 per month
-Utilities split between.
-Available to move in immediately -Your own private bedroom with a brandnew bed already in it! If youd rather bring your own, the bed can be removed.
-We each have our own separate bathroom with our own toilet and sink, but theres only one shower in the apartment, so wed share it and work out a schedule that works for both of us.
-Washer and dryer right in the apartment.
-Carpet throughout most of the apartment, except in the kitchen and bathrooms.
-The living room is currently empty, so youre welcome to bring your own furniture and help make it feel like home!
-I have a cat and a dog, so youll need to be comfortable living with both of them. Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. -Id love to meet up for coffee before making any decisions so we can chat, get to know each other, and go over any questions or details. I think its important that we both feel comfortable and that its a good fit for everyone! -If youre interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message. Id love to hear from you! 💗
