Queen Suite Utilizes Included

説明

Hi Im Veronica from Belo Horizonte Brazil. I live in a quiet oAhwatukee Foothills neighborhood near 45th Street and Chandler Boulevard - close to hiking trails, parks, and freeways. The Queen Suite is $799/month Utilities included and has a private hallway so no one walks past your door, a private bathroom, three large bay windows with beautiful morning light, a flatscreen TV, WiFi, and DirecTV (ESPN, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+). Utilities and laundry access are included, and street parking is available. A little about me: Ive worked in human resources as an executive for several years. I have a Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management & Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Adult Education & Training. Im a former Arizona Cardinals cheerleader. I enjoy walking with a weighted vest and staying active with wellnessfocused routines. I recently invested in updating the backyard with a Casita, pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit, and Im looking for a reliable stream of income while sharing the home with someone considerate. Id be happy to answer any questions or set up a time to show you the suite. Best, Veronica
