Charming Spanish home in prime Silver Lake neighborhood on quiet culdesac! This fully restored, lightfilled, classic 1925 California bungalow has three bedrooms, an updated kitchen, two updated bathrooms, and a den that can be used as an officemedia room. Large living room and dining room area gives the house an expansive loftlike feel. The kitchen and main bathroom all feature beautiful marble counters, new fixtures, convenient appliances, and a tankless water heater. In addition the house has so many charming details: French windows and doors, hardwood floors, extra large luxurious bathtub, high ceilings, two porches, and a newly designed patio thats great for alfresco dining - the definition of "California living".
