Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Yugo Tempe Villas on Apache Boulevard. Available for immediate movein! The apartment is on the first floor, with restaurants, grocery stores, and other everyday essentials nearby. Ive really enjoyed living here and honestly wish I could stay, but Im moving out of state! This is for my spot in a shared apartment, with one female roommate already living here. Looking for someone who can take over the lease soon, subject to approval by the leasing office. Message me for more information, willing to pay the application fee if you movein before oct 31st.
