About Me:
I am a graduate student at the UMD School of Public Health. Because my daily routine is split between campus and the DMV Iron Gym located on Greenbelt Road, my ideal housing footprint includes North College Park, the Hollywood neighborhood, Berwyn Heights, and Greenbelt (such as Schrom Hills or Westchester Park). Staying within these pockets keeps my commute streamlined and efficient.
Budget & Financials:
• Monthly Rent: Aiming for around $1,000, with a hard maximum cap of $1,200 (inclusive of utilities or manageable utility splits).
• Movein Date: April 1 (flexible by a few days if necessary).
My Companion – Daisy:
I live with my fully trained service dog, Daisy. She is impeccably wellbehaved, quiet, housetrained, and focused entirely on her tasks.
