Looking for roomate in Newport

説明

Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with a November 1st move-in!
📍 About the apartment complex:
• Gated community
• Near Hoag
• ~15 minutes walk from the beach
• 2 bed / 2 bath
• Room is unfurnished
• $1,350/month + utilities
👋 About me:
I am in my 20s and work Monday–Friday, so I am usually out of the apartment during the week. I am looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, clean, and easygoing. Ideally, I would love to actually be friends with my roommate and hang out occasionally!
Looking for someone in their 20s with a stable income, as required by the apartment complex.
I have included pictures of the room and shared living space!
