2 bedrooms each with private bath on 3rd story of three story condo available 11/1/26. Guest room is $800 per month plus pg&e split. Master suite is $900 per month plus pg&e split. Renting rooms separately but willing to negotiate price if both rooms are rented together. Looking for single occupancy. Monthtomonth lease. I have a senior dog and a cat and cannot accommodate any more pets at this time. Shared common space with owner. Easy going 4/20 friendly looking for similar energy to share peaceful living environment.
