Renting room

Have an extra room in our family home and wanted to rent it out. The home is in a nice community that has a pool/game room and nice parks/walking trails near the home. We wanted to rent out the room and can include a full size bed if needed. The bathroom is shared but you have your own sink and still get your own privacy because it’s an upstairs bathroom. We also have a washer and dryer that you may use so you don’t have to go to a laundromat to wash your clothes etc. the parking will be street parking but it’s a safe neighborhood so it shouldn’t be a problem.
