I have a partially furnished master bedroom private bathroom with gated parking. washer&dryer and Central Air conditioning in the apartment available in MidCity Los Angeles. The apartment is near the Mid Town shopping center (RalphsCVSWingstopSubway, GuysJamba Juice) and the 110 freeway. The apartment has a great central location it is also near the La BreaVeniceWashingtonand Creshaw buslines and a bus ride away from the ExpoK line, and D line. They dont call it MidCity for nothing you can get to most areas in 30 mins by car an hour with proper planning by bus/ trainThe neighborhood is a true hidden gem it has a phenomenal view of the Century City skyline a park across the street it is in the center of everything but secluded at the same time. The neighbors are the best you can walk to the corner Pickford market and your neighbors say hi. I literally call my neighbors auntie and granny. The rent is $1,300 a month with a $1,300dep0s1t utilities are not included but should be around $ 250 for internet, gas, water and power usually a month. Move in December 1st.
