The kitchen is fully modern - granite counters, stainless range and dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of counter space. There's in-home laundry, central A/C throughout, and fast Wi-Fi in every room. What this house does not have is a large communal living room. If you want a big shared lounge, one of our other Sarasota homes may suit you better.
