Hi! I'm looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, and drama-free female roommate to share my apartment in Westminster.
You'll have the furnished private bedroom while I'll stay in the living room area. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom and will be shared.
💰 Rent: $1,250/month + 50% of utilities
💵 Security Deposit: $1,000 refundable

I have two friendly dogs, so I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and is comfortable living with pets. No additional pets allowed.
Looking for someone who: • Has stable income • Is clean and respectful • Doesn't smoke • Doesn't use drugs • Prefers a peaceful, drama-free home
Occasional guests are okay but should be discussed in advance. No frequent overnight guests.
I speak English and Spanish.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a little about yourself, your job, and your desired move-in date. 😊
