Hi there. I’m looking for a roommate to split a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment for Dec [REDACTED] been actively looking in South Philly, West Philly, Fishtown, and Olde Kensington. Looking for a place close ish to septa, with an outdoor space for some plants, and with character, like brick or built ins. Most places available have been in the $2,000-2,200 range, so that’s where I’m getting the numbers from. It may vary depending on the place. I’m a neurodivergent queer in my mid 30s and I love reading, nature walks, and art. I believe strongly in open and honest communication, and would find it helpful to set up some kind of schedule or system for shared chores. I keep to myself a lot, but think it would be great to live with someone who wanted to hang sometimes.
