Hello everyone. I have a room available for rent. $1100 with utilities included. Shared full size bathroom (with one person). Full kitchen access. My ideal roommate would be polite and willing to keep the common area and bathroom clean after themselves. Looking for people who are either be working or in school. No illegal drugs. Please reach out if you have any questions. Thank you. Washer and dryer use available and private parking space included. This is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom. This household is a quiet and safe environment with working professionals that are quiet and considerate. Looking for likeminded people. This room is available November 1st. Thank you.
