説明

This is a room on second floor beautiful new hardwood floors and new kitchen with marble counter tops and modern equipment. Small back deck in back. Hot water and Heat are included. Electricity is shared with a room mate who lives on first floor. The kitchen is also shared. There is bathrooms on both floors. I am offering this room ASAP as I have a kid on the way and have to move out and the rent will be split between the person who already lives here downstairs. This person older gentleman who works full time and gets home in evening. A very nice opportunity for a room with a decent space. The room also has a big closet.
