I Need a roommate!!!

My previous roommate received orders to move somewhere else with the army. I am also army. Its a 4 bed 3.5 bath townhouse. You would need to enter onto the lease agreement with me. I am also an O-2 Army, I would prefer someone similar in age, and if youre in the military to also be an 01-2. I have some furniture, I use the downstairs main room and one small room upstairs. You would receive the large room upstairs. I sometimes have friends and family visiting, you would be welcome to as well. If youd like more details, let me know. I am open to having two roommates to lower the cost even further. Total housing rent is 2514$ a month plus electric, internet, and and fees for development common area.
