Sublease at The Preserve

説明

I’m looking for a female college student to take over my lease at The Preserve! The apartment is townhome-style with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. My bedroom is downstairs, right beside our spacious back patio. You would share the apartment with two friendly, easygoing female roommates, ages 24 and 18. One roommate has a cat. Rent is $719 per month, plus a $45 monthly pet fee if you have a pet. ESA pets are exempt from the pet fee. Please message me if you’re interested or would like more information. Shares are appreciated!
