I’m looking for a female ( preferably from 22-26 ) to rent out the room. the unit is a 2bedr00m & 2bathr00m apartment/condo with one of the bedrooms occupied by 2 college students who are M23 & F22, who’d prefer a woman to takeover! No Security Deposit is needed as it was handled during the signing of the lease. It’s $1200/month It includes a Full Size Bedframe & New Mattress at no cost. 2 Lamps. ( The Office Chair & Table with the Computer stuff will be moved out ) The unit includes - Central AC/Heating - Dishwasher - In Unit Washer/Dryer
