Looking for room to rent

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room to rent in the Boca, Delray Beach and Deerfield Beach area. I’ve been in sales all my life and get along w ppl really well. I have solid income so my bills are always paid on time. I’m an extrovert and independent. I love working out and staying healthy. I’m OCD clean so the place will always be taken care of. I keep to myself however if my roommate chooses to interact and talk I’m of course fine w that. I like my peace and def not into drama. My friends would say I’m dependable and loyal. I like to cook, especially pasta bc I’m Italian. I respect my roommates privacy and I’m probably one of the only people I know who is naturally energetic where I don’t drink coffee bc as a child I’ve always hated the taste. If I want to have fun I’ll go out but I don’t have party’s or guests over. I like to keep things copacetic at home.
