Hi! I’m a mature working professional looking for a clean, peaceful, and safe place to call home in the Columbia area. I’m respectful, responsible, dependable, and value a calm home environment. I keep my space clean, respect privacy and boundaries, and am looking for a roommate/homeowner with a similar lifestyle. I have three cats, so I’m specifically looking for a pet-friendly home where they would be welcome. They are an important part of my household, so I want to be upfront about that from the beginning. I’m looking to stay around $800/month and would prefer a home in a safe, quiet area. I’m not looking for a party environment and rarely have guests.
