A two-car garage is attached for food and bicycle storage, as well. Property has a patio and nice back yard with pond. Utilities included in cost: internet, electric, water, sewer, trash, and natural gas. There is driveway parking available. Washer and dryer also available in residence. Full use of the kitchen appliances and dishware.
I am a single mom with a 15 year old boy. I am a nonsmoker. I have 3 indoor cats and a fish.
