Hi, my name is Maximiliano (Max), I live with my girlfriend Adina. I am a 29 year old Coach/Personal Trainer, she is a 23 years old working full-time and is also a full-time Student, we have a cat named Rylo and are also both competitive weightlifters. I am looking for up to 2 roommates. The rooms are in Garner and are furnished. The monthly cost of rent is $700 plus a prorated cost on utilities(wifi/electric/water) the cost of utilities will be Divided by number of rooms inhabited during the month. Security deposit is $700 and will be returned if all payments have been made and all potential damages repaired. Duration of Lease will start at 3 months minimum, duration of lease can be extended with a 30 day notice of the termination of lease. Both listed room(s) have their own lock and key and access to their own bathrooms/refrigerator (Shared between tenants/renters). Living Room/Kitchen/Dining room/patio/downstairs bathroom are all shared spaces between tenants and primary residents(Max & Adina). All furniture/items in these shared spaces belong to primary residents and are expected to be available to rightful owners. Any missing/broken possessions from unit will be expected to be fixed/replaced or charged by primary residents. No Smoking. No Pets. No Drugs. No Parties. Guests allowed only with notice and primary residents approval of arrangement. Quiet Hours 11pm-7am. Street parking available on first come first serve basis.
