Master bedroom at shared apartment available in Solana Beach, right by Del Mar border. Close to beach, Del Mar Racetrack, restaurants and pubs, live music venues such as Belly Up Tavern, The Sound, easy freeway access, etc. Nice vibrant coastal community to live in. Vaulted ceiling and large closet in master bedroom. Shared living space but I’ll stay on upper level loft section above so there's some privacy. Open spacious floor plan and layout with vaulted ceilings and extra loft room. Large square footage total, fully furnished but am flexible if have some of your own furniture. Pool, spa/hot tub, fitness center, laundry facility, parking space an available or plenty of street parking options, etc. Looking for professional that is honest, responsible, easy going, respectful and clean. I’m an entrepreneurial med technology professional, in process of pivoting back into neuro device field. I’m very easy to get along with…respectful and considerate. I’m away often…but when not working and when possible, I like to surf, ski, mountain bike, run, hike, live music and the arts, am singer/songwriter/musician and have an active lifestyle. I’m quiet and respectful when other tenant is at home. Deposit ($1,000). Utilities and Wi-Fi included (aside from 1/2 of SDG&E, not too costly).
