ISO housing and roommates

My name is Sam, I'm 23 years old, and I recently moved to Southern California from Hawaii after accepting a position as a Pastry Cook at Hotel del Coronado. I'm currently looking for roommates who would be interested in renting a house together. I also come with three wonderful pets:
• A 6-year-old, 55 lb German Shepherd mix • A 5-year-old, 65 lb Terrier mix
• A sweet 1-year-old cat
All three pets are very well-behaved, professionally trained, and a huge part of my life. Both dogs are ESAs and have official paperwork. I'm committed to being a responsible pet owner and will handle all pet-related expenses, including pet deposits, fees, cleaning, and maintenance. I clean up after them regularly and make sure they don't impact the comfort of others in the home. I'm primarily looking in areas that are within about 20 minutes of Hotel del Coronado, including Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, North Park, and nearby neighborhoods. My budget is around $2,000 per month, including any pet-related rent or fees.
