Seeking 2 Roommates

Hello! I am looking for up to 2 roommates to move in with me for my lease renewal. Move in date would be December 1st, but I would need a commitment by October 1st so I can inform the complex of my renewal. The Apartment is a 3br/2 bath 1200 sq/ft. It's located off Fowler so pretty convenient access to 175 as well as the USF area. The apartment does have a $75 fee for an application, as well as a 580 credit score requirement. 2 months of pay stubs is also required to show our gross pay meets 3x the rent (Super easy, I meet 2x of it by myself so no worries there) Room 1 - Rent - $608 - Has Private Bathroom
Room 2 - Rent - $590 - Smaller room, would share a bathroom with me Electric - Split 3 ways, averages between $60-$80 per person most the year
Internet - Split 3 ways, $20 each
Water/Valet Trash is included in Rent I have until end of month to find roommates for December and with these prices would like to keep this apartment. The neighborhood is great, and I've been living here roughly 5-6 years with the only real issue is having to stay on top of maintenance tickets. The A/C was recently fully replaced and one of the bathrooms has a whole new roof! Feel free to post any questions or message me. I work from home as well, so I'm pretty much aways available for a tour. Also feel free to share with any other social groups. I'm a bit of a hermit so my reach isn't as wide as I'd like for this.
