We have a large room with built in desk and cabinets and an amazing view of FiDi. AC/heat unit inside the room. We have in unit laundry! Apartment will be 3 bedrooms, kitchen area, 1 shared bathroom between 2 and a nice living room area. It’s a luxury building, we have a 24/7 concierg[REDACTED] room, huge multipurpose gym with an outside gym too. There is a massive lounge area the floor above is, here there are quiet private work rooms, huge gathering area and two terraces with bbq, sun beds, sofas etc, it’s a very social building. Currently 2 roommates, male and female both 26.
