Nice clean room in gated community

The property is new construction. Constructed about 2 years ago. 3 floors. 2nd floor is kitchen and living room, other floors are bedrooms. We have an available room on bottom floor, you will have your own private bathroom. Note: water heater is broken. We will fix hopefully before winter but we are showering kind of cold for now. We got rid of a cockroach infestation with bait a month or two ago and keep bait around to keep roaches at bay. We don't allow any pets. It has a mattress already but that is the only thing in the room. Security deposit $400
