Rent is $750/month with utilities included, including electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and home security. I’m the homeowner and live in the house as well. There’s plenty of shared space, including a large living room, full kitchen, upstairs loft/common area, shared upstairs bathroom, and washer/dryer. I have two dogs, so being comfortable around dogs is important. I’m open to another pet as long as they’re a good fit with the dogs already living here. Room details:
