Private furnished bedroom available in my Anacostia row home for $1,000 per month. The room is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, and desk. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Three people will live in the home altogether; the other roommate has a separate bedroom and bathroom in the basement. Water and internet are included. Electricity is divided equally among the three housemates and is rarely more than $125 per person. The home also includes in-home laundry, a spacious rear deck, and a private backyard area. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking, along with a parking pad. The home provides convenient access to the Anacostia Metro (Green Line). Navy Yard is approximately 12–16 minutes away, depending on the route and mode of transportation. The home is pet-friendly, but we would need to discuss the pet’s routines and compatibility. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who will be comfortable sharing the home.
