The room is a good size; it can easily fit a queen-size bed, a dresser and a desk. The previous tenant left their desk which I'm leaving for you to keep if needed. It's a computer desk in great condition as you can see in the pictures. It comes with a closet that I bought for it. I've been living here for 5 years and just renewed the lease for another year so whoever moves in must join the lease. The landlord is extremely flexible and will approve you with normal credit and a solid income. I have a dog and pets are welcome as long as is a small dog or cat.
