Sublet My Room Dec-July!

Hello everybody! I am looking for someone to sublet my room at CoLab Apartments from early/mid December 2026 to late July 2027. Rent is $950 monthly and the building has a gym, pool, grill area and rooftop lounge. Covered parking is an additional $200, and trash service is $10. The room has its own bathroom, closet, bed and desk. The bed has 2 dressers underneath it as well. The apartment is shared with 2 roommates who are all lovely and clean.
