Hello! I’m a single professional looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to share my beautiful home in the North Myrtle Beach/Myrtle Beach area. The home is fully furnished and located in a newer community conveniently situated between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, just off Hwy 31. It’s a great location with easy access to both areas while still being in a quiet residential neighborhood. Your private bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, armoire and closet, with a bathroom located right next to the bedroom. You’ll also have full use of the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, screened-in back porch, laundry room with a new washer and dryer, fenced backyard, and brand-new hot tub. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The community has wonderful amenities including a swimming pool, pickleball courts, walking trails, a community garden and clubhouse, with future Intracoastal Waterway access planned for boats and kayaks. A little about me: I work full time and enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable and clean home. When I’m not working, I love relaxing at home, spending time outdoors, exploring the area, and enjoying everything the coast has to offer. I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is also friendly, responsible, clean and respectful and who would enjoy living in a comfortable, relaxed home rather than simply renting a room. I don’t have any pets, but one pet may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on size, breed, temperament and overall fit for the home. I’d love to find the right person where we both feel comfortable and at home!
