Perfect for 2 students, commuters, or a couple that would like some extra space. Two occupants MAX. Located in lovely redwoods of Scotts Valley, yet only a mile off the freeway. Price is based on cash payment, and is reduced due to construction on current deck; NO children allowed due to safety reasons. Available September 25th, possibly sooner, or will wait for the “right fit” for our family setting. $2400 while it lasts, plus 50% water and PGE; other utilities included. Rent increases to $2600 January 1st or when construction ends, whichever comes later. Application fee $39.00, background and credit check.
