Private room available with shared bathroom with professional male. I work in Healthcare at the Novant Rehabilitation hospital. Looking for short term, long-term occupant. Professional or student. Quiet community, other healthcare professionals, and students in the area. I have two small dogs, one more smaller dog would be OK, no cats. No smokers. I’m looking for another male due to the shared bathroom. Rent includes all amenities and full use of the house.
